Free & Standard Delivery
At HerbalForWellness, we offer free UK delivery on all orders over £79.
For orders below this threshold, a standard shipping fee of £6.99 will be applied.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow your delivery at every stage.

Fast Dispatch & Delivery
Orders placed before 12:00pm (Monday to Friday) are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days.
All shipments are handled by our trusted courier partner DPD, known for its reliable and efficient service.

Shipping & Processing Times
To ensure consistent service, we adhere to Herbalife’s official order handling guidelines:

• Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 12:00pm (Mon–Fri) are usually sent to the warehouse the same day and often dispatched shortly after.
• Next-Day Processing: Orders placed after 12:00pm are transferred to the warehouse on the next working day and typically shipped the same day.
• Processing Time: Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours from processing, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note that during peak periods, weekends, or holidays, slight delays may occur.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
